Returns + Exchanges

At Audio Uprising, you can return any installed upgrade within 60 days of placing your order for any reason. We cover return shipping costs for U.S. customers. Customers in Canada, and all other international locations, are responsible for return shipping costs to our facility.

To initiate a return, you’ll need a Return Authorization (RA) number, which you can obtain by contacting us directly. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and processing your return.
