Enjoy free shipping to all 50 states, U.S. territories, U.S. dependencies, and military bases on all orders over $199

  • Orders will be fulfilled from our distribution center in Huntley, Illinois
  • Shipments are sent via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail without a signature requirement
  • If you have concerns about leaving the package unattended at your home, we suggest you ship your order to a location where the package will be secure
  • Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days to most states
  • Orders usually ship within one business day after the order is placed
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number
  • If you don't see this email, please check your spam or filtered email folder
  • If you still don't see your shipping confirmation order after 2 to 3 business days, contact us via the form on our contact page

International Shipping

International shipping is available to Canada, Australia, and select European and Middle Eastern countries. Costs vary widely based on location and are visible at checkout. Contact us directly for a custom shipping quote if you do not see your country listed or checkout is unavailable.

We've had reports of some customers paying additional import duties and customs fees upon receiving their new speakers, while others paid none. You assume this liability upon placing your order. Audio Uprising is not liable for any additional fees associated with international shipments, as we do not collect any taxes, fees, or duties at the time of purchase. The customer bears all shipping fees related to returns or warranty replacement requiring shipment back to the United States.

Missing Packages

We do everything we can to package and promptly ship your order carefully. However, once we hand your package to the shipping company, we can't control weather delays or the occasional lost package. If a package goes missing, we'll take the following steps:

  1. We will contact the shipping company directly and have them start an investigation.
  2. If the package is deemed "lost" by the shipping company, we will file a claim on your behalf. Please note that most shipping companies will not allow a claim to be filed until 10 business days after the package goes missing. International packages can take up to 40 days.
  3. We will not ship a replacement package during this period as it can cause them to deny the original claim.
  4. Once we have officially filed the claim with the shipping company, we will issue you a refund for the missing package.
