- If you don't see your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or filtered email folders.
- If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 2 to 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
- If you're concerned about a package being left unattended, we recommend shipping to a secure location where someone can receive it on your behalf.
We take great pride in getting orders packed and shipped quickly. Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery timing and tracking updates are managed by their network. If an issue arises during transit, we'll gladly help you work with the carrier to resolve it.

InternationalΒ Shipping
International shipping is available to Canada, Australia, and select countries in Europe and the Middle East. Shipping costs vary by destination and will be displayed during checkout. If your country is not listed or checkout is unavailable, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges may be assessed by the carrier or local government upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Audio Uprising at the time of purchase.
International customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, exchanges, warranty claims, or any shipment that must be returned to the United States.
Missing Packages
We work hard to ensure every order is packaged carefully and shipped promptly. While most orders arrive without issue, delays, misrouted shipments, and lost packages can occasionally occur once a package is in transit.
If your package appears to be missing, please contact us and we'll help initiate the resolution process.
If a shipment is reported lost, we will:
- Contact the shipping carrier and request an investigation
- Assist with filing a carrier claim when eligible
- Provide any documentation required by the carrier during the investigation process
Please note that most carriers will not allow a package to be officially declared lost until at least 10 business days have passed. International shipments may require a longer waiting period, sometimes up to 40 days.
To avoid jeopardizing the carrier's investigation or claim process, replacement shipments will not be sent while an active claim is pending.
Once the carrier has completed its investigation and a loss has been confirmed, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
