Refund policy

At Audio Uprising, you can return any installed upgrade within 60 days for any reason, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, you’ll need a Return Authorization (RA) number, which you can obtain by contacting us directly. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and processing your return.

If you haven't installed or auditioned your upgrade, return shipping will not be covered, and a flat $20 fee will be applied. All returns must have a valid RA number.
